Dearest family and friends,

Culinary traditions connect us to our roots, especially during the holiday season. From Minnesota to California, New England to Germany, we love learning about different things to eat and drink. We wanted to share some recipes with you. Some are old family classics, and some are new favorites we've gotten to know.

However, what with all the holiday travel and excitement, our box full of recipe cards might have gotten a little mixed up. Very mixed up. These things happen when you bounce between families, cultures, and countries. So, we wrote an algorithm to try and reconstruct them...
